本案用现代轻奢的品大平层笔触，将 “通透、贵哲精致、品大平层松弛” 揉进每个角落，贵哲既保留大平层的品大平层气场，又藏着无数让人想 “赖着不走” 的贵哲细节，重新定义高阶生活的品大平层打开方式。

推开家门，贵哲开放式公区率先打破边界：客厅、品大平层餐厅、贵哲西厨流畅衔接，品大平层让 “交流” 成为空间的底色。

Open plan public areas are the first to break boundaries: the living room, dining room, and western kitchen are seamlessly connected.

圆形餐桌圈定 “团圆氛围”，一旁的黑色酒柜嵌着晨曦酒架，硬朗中藏着精致；西厨的奢石岛台与绿植呼应，把 “烟火气” 和 “仪式感” 拧成一股绳。

The circular dining table creates a "reunion atmosphere", and the black wine cabinet next to it is embedded with a morning wine rack, which is tough yet exquisite.

踏入这个客厅，最先触达的感受是 “奢得松弛，静得生动” —— 没有堆砌的浮华，却把 “高级感” 揉进每道线条、每处光影里，像一杯浓郁的普洱茶，入口绵柔，余韵悠长。

The first impression upon entering this living room is that it is luxurious and relaxed, yet still and vivid, like a cup of rich Pu erh tea, with a soft and lingering aftertaste.

主卧以“简而精”的姿态，圈出专属静谧。柔和色调搭配隐藏式灯带，像给空间裹了层 “柔光滤镜”。哪怕深夜起夜，也不会被强光惊扰 ——松弛感，藏在每道光线的分寸里。

The master bedroom adopts a simple yet refined posture, creating an exclusive tranquility. The combination of soft tones and hidden light strips is like wrapping a "soft light filter" around the space.

最惊喜的是儿童房 ——双床 + 灵活隔断的设计，既满足 “当下的童趣”，又预留 “未来的变化”。书桌的洞洞板，让孩子自己动手收纳文具，从小培养秩序感，也藏着设计的 “小心机”。
